Female and male pelvic floor rehabilitation

 

In the presence of muscle weakness, the following conditions may present in men and women alike:

  • Urinary incontinence
  • Constant and strong urge to urinate
  • Frequent desire to urinate
  • Urinary stream alterations
  • Difficulties urinating (more frequently in men)
  • Faecal incontinence and/or gases

 

In women, sexual dysfunctions:

  • Vaginismus (penetration difficulty)
  • Dyspareunia (painful sexual intercourse)
  • Anorgasmia

 

In men, sexual dysfunctions:


  • Premature ejaculation
  • Sexual impotence

 

With rehabilitation: we strengthen your pelvic floor with exercises, electrotherapy, biofeedback, posterior tibial nerve neuromodulation, hypopressive exercises, proprioception trunk and breathing exercises.
